No. They are not employees of ValivingBali. They are freelance or professional helpers placed with employers through ValivingBali’s service. ValivingBali manages their selection, training, verification, and scheduling.
Yes. All talents must undergo internal screening according to their service category: Home Service, Childcare, Cleaning, Culinary Support, and Hospitality Assistance.

No. Talents only perform tasks according to the SOP of their assigned category. Any additional request must be communicated to ValivingBali admin and depends on the worker’s agreement and capability.
Yes, for Live-In services. For Live-Out or Hourly services, talents return home after working hours.
