8. Important Booking Information
Daily Cleaning & Multi-Visit Packages
- Packages apply to Basic Cleaning and recurring bookings only.
- Full payment is required before services begin.
- Package validity: six months from the payment date.
- Bonus cleaning in the 12-visit package is a Basic Cleaning visit and must be used within the validity period.
- Deep cleaning, post-event cleaning, heavy stains and specialist services are quoted separately.
- Additional rooms or working hours may incur extra charges.
Deep Cleaning & Specialised Services
- Published rates cover properties in normal to moderately soiled condition.
- Transportation charges are not included.
- A 10% service charge applies to Deep Cleaning.
- Bookings made less than 24 hours ahead are subject to a 15% last-minute surcharge.
- Unusual cleaning requirements and specialist treatments are subject to additional quotation.
- All bookings depend on availability and confirmation of the agreed scope.
