Home Service - Service Level
Entry-level workers who operate under direct supervision and training from the Valiving Bali team. Ideal for families or properties that require basic support in childcare and daily household management.
Workers with at least 2 years of active experience, and currently active within the past 1 year. They receive orientation and service guidance before placement to ensure readiness, discipline, and consistency in maintaining Valiving Bali’s service standards.
With a minimum of 3 years of work experience, fluent in English, and having passed both health and psychological assessments. They have completed professional-level courses focused on work ethics, communication, and international hospitality service standards. They also receive ongoing evaluation and mentorship from the Valiving Bali team.

Mid Level. Responsible for coordinating kitchen operations and ensuring smooth daily workflow. Duties include maintaining taste standards, food hygiene, helping develop menus, and distributing kitchen tasks.Suitable for family kitchens, long-stay villas, or guests staying for several days or more.
Senior Level. Holds the highest responsibility in kitchen management, menu planning, quality control, and food presentation (plating & presentation). Capable of designing special menus for premium guests, private events, or fine dining experiences in exclusive villas.Leads the kitchen team and ensures the entire culinary operation meets professional and creative standards.
